the Artic National Wildlife Refuge to oil exploration.

Analysis: ANWR oil benefits a decade away

Congress and the Bush administration may
be closing in on opening Alaska's Arctic Wildlife Refuge to oil drilling
activities, but any tangible benefits to consumers from that decision
are at least a decade away, say experts on both sides of the issue.
